What makes you think you fuck'n rock???
Rated R Clothing is always looking to sponsor new and unique
bands/musicians. We actively sponsor musicians in the hard rock, alternative,
punk, heavy metal, death metal, reggae, Ska and rap rock genres.
However, we will consider sponsoring any band or musician that
is known for rock'n the fuck'n house and getting exposure.
We look for three
things…
The first thing we look for is a great sound and image. Being
a great band/musician is the number one way of getting
sponsored by our company. We offer sponsorship to all levels
of musicians
from internationally touring professionals to regional amateurs.
If you have a sick sound and people love your music, then
it’s a possibility we wanna talk to you. However,
just being a great band/musician alone won’t get you sponsored
by us.
The second thing we look for are likeable and approachable
musicians. Being someone that people feel they can approach
and talk to is just as important to us as having a great
sound and image. If no one wants to talk to you because you
have a bad attitude, neither will we. Our customers don’t
want to talk to or look up to a someone with an ego the size
of Mars. We look for musicians that have charisma, positive
energy and good vibes. Being sponsored by us means that you
represent our company and the only people we want representing
our company are people just like us...slightly twisted
but approachable.
The third thing that we look for are great promoters. Having
a great sound and image and being a likeable and approachable
band/musician is just the beginning. We want people who are excited
about our company and want to tell the world about us. Your
job is to help us promote our products and raise awareness
of our company.
Application Process
If you feel that you meet the above requirements and
would like to apply for sponsorship with our company, please
send an 'e-mail-able' promotional packet to
our Director of Sponsorship Lyric Sebastian
at
sponsorship@ratedRclothing.com with the subject heading
“Heathen Sponsorship”. Please make sure that we
actually know what your talent is! Your application should
include the following material...

Reference Sheet, Media Content and/or
Personal Bio

Several Digital Photos (of a
performance if applicable)

Promotional Video (of a performance
if applicable) QuickTime format
-
An 8x10 (professional still shot
photo)

Website / Media address (if possible)

Music samples if you're a band
(professional recordings only)
Application Packets should be presented in a professional
manner. If you can not e-mail segments of your application please contact our Sponsorship Department for further
instructions at
sponsorship@ratedRclothing.com with the subject heading
“Sponsorship Packet”.
Your
application must be typed, organized and presented
somewhat professionally. Please don’t
make our Team Manager struggle to read your application.
Once we receive your application, it is ours, it can NOT be returned.
Due to the hundreds of sponsorship applications we receive
each year, we are obviously very selective. If you
are not accepted for sponsorship, please do not be discouraged.
We encourage you to continue doing what you do. You can resubmit
your applications every six months.
Please do not repeatedly contact us about the status of your
sponsorship application. We will contact you if you are selected
by our company.
